I don't care who you are, a 64 inch boxjump is pretty amazing. Coach Kevin Bania from Cream City Crossfit performs a standing box jump of 64 inches.

ReplyDeleteI just realized this is the first year that neither of my kids mentioned or did anything in class about Dr. Suess. Which makes me sad--goes by too quickly!
Ok, that is crazy amazing! That is exactly how tall I am! Hope I don't run into that Dude! Lol!
