2013 Reebok CrossFit Games Open: I Registered!

2013 Reebok CrossFit Games Open

To support the Box and also just on a lark, I registered to participate in the 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games Open. The Open will put competitors through five workouts over five weeks, starting March 6 and ending April 7. The coaches announced that some of the weekly WODs would be those that would be required for the Open anyway, so I thought, why not? Not expecting to be competitive or anything, but it will be interesting to see where I fall in the 45-49 Masters Men for the North Central Region.

2013 Reebok CrossFit Games Open

These are some seriously tough workouts! Pretty much petrified for what's awaiting me, but one of the main reasons why I like CrossFit so much is how far out of my comfort zone it takes me.

    1. Completely petrified, Amanda! No way I'm fit enough to complete most of these, but the experience will be irreplaceable.
