Training: 1/7/13 - 1/13/13

With my arm injury healing slowly, thought I might end up with a goose egg this week. My arm has gone from outright pain to a mix of aches and pains, to general soreness. Definitely not ready for weightlifting yet. But Miss Zippy said something along the lines of "Run, Forrest, run!," so I ran on Sunday. Cold, with scattered ice, some wind, not a beautiful morning for it - kind of a tough run, but I'm glad I got out.

  1. I'm sure your arm will sort out soon. Good for running in the bad weather with the sore arm and all. It can only make you tough. Have a good week!

  3. Sorry to hear about your arm, but it sounds like you can run at least! Hope it feels better soon...

  4. Had a cold Los Angeles run yesterday myself. Did a 6 mile trail run and the puddles we encountered were frozen. May be commonplace for people outside of Southern California, but for us that's COLD!

  5. I'm really glad the arm injury seems to be progressing, though I know it probably feels like it's taking forever. Nice job getting out and running!
