The CrossFit Games started in 2007 on a ranch in Aromas, CA. Since then, they've grown into an international competition showcasing some amazingly fit people. Not only that, but it's now big business -- Rich Froning and Annie Thorisdottir repeated their 2011 wins, once again earning the title "Fittest On Earth" and $250,000 each, courtesy of Reebok! Being a CrossFit beginner, I am in awe of the incredible strength on display -- doing three WODs a day is killer enough, let alone over a few days in a row.

it is crazy. i know i accomplish something (like a pullup) and then i see what these people do -- just insane!! so fit.
