Last day for Movember, the monthlong campaign to raise vital awareness and funds for men's health issues, specifically prostate and testicular cancer initiatives. I'm not sure how many of us look good with the Mos, but I'm proud to have participated and even more thankful for those that fundraised and especially to the donors for their support!

Midwest Multisport Life was recently named one of the Top 25 Sites for Fitness and Health in 2012, by MHA Programs. The list includes such great authors as Amanda over at Miss Zippy, Kate at Run with Kate, and a host of others. MHA Programs aims to be a resource for students and professionals in healthcare, so they feel it is essential to highlight those making health and fitness a part of their everyday lives. MHA hopes their readers will share the list of great sites with their colleagues and friends. After all, the ultimate goal of every healthcare professional is helping people live happier and healthier.

Wildly innapropriate, but funny nonetheless...
Have a great weekend!
