Lots of great stuff in the mail recently, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff as well - if so, apologies.
Black Diamond climbing chalk from Appalachian Outdoors, a giveaway prize from Constantin at the Highball Blog. Makes me want to lace up the old climbing shoes and hit the stone again - probably artificial as we are still in winter.
Trix Gear for the whole family! Reviews forthcoming here, on Women's Endurance Gear, and Kids Try Gear.
Bumper Sticker from Paige at Serious Case of the Runs (one of the best blog names ever) - Chicago based ultrarunner, recently engaged to a fellow CHUG, always has big plans.
Pearl iZUMi Infinity LD Shorts courtesy of Outside PR, along with a bigger pair of the Streaks - ran in them this morning, review of all the Pearl iZUMi gear forthcoming.
Bazi Energy Drink - 8 nutrient dense fruits, 12 vitamins, this might give Liquid Tough a run for its money.
P.S. Not in the mail, but congratulations to Matty and Sara on the birth of their baby boy, Henry Jones Cotner-Bradford!

Love that bumper sticker! Agreed - one of the best blog names I've ever seen.
ReplyDeleteglad the baby was not in the mail.

I have used PI cycling shorts for decades--those running shorts look nice...(but I bet the price is not so nice). Looking forward to the reviews.
Thanks for your comment about Global Warming--you are absolutely right about that.
Oh and be cure to let PCTR know you are cancelling. There are no cash refunds, but they will give you a coupon credit for a future race with them (I think it is 75% 14 days or more in advance, 50% 48 hrs or more before)--look at the FAQ link on their site and then email them to let them know--you can back that up with a comment on their FB wall. With the recent trasition they are going through, sometimes their communication breaks down, but keep bugging them--they ALWAYS come through with enough patience. Hope you are refreshed after the reset. Ann
