Not sure if I properly thanked everyone for the bloggy love shown by sending me a blog sticker they've created (I'm actually waiting until I can come up with something clever). Above, from left to right, top to bottom, thanks go to Paige of Serious Case of the Runs, Beth from Shut Up And Run, Matty, Matty, and Matty from MattyRunRun, Bryon from iRunFar, Dax from Dirty Running, Lindsay from Chasing the Kenyans, and Jim from 50 After 40. Not pictured because she created a window cling is Aimee of I Tri To Be Me. If you are not following all these talented writers, click on each of the above links and do so now.
Just when you thought yoga couldn't get any stranger....
A new form of yoga has practitioners hanging from the ceiling with acrobatic moves. Verizon's Kimberly S. Simone describes the benefits of the workout, including how it has helped her migraines.

on some weird level I really want to try that! I always think I'd liek to try any of these new classes once just to see what it's all about
ReplyDeleteThe beginning looks like a Lady Gaga video.
ReplyDeleteThat looks kinda cool. If I could look half as happy as that blond chick, I'm in.
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun - could try it on the bar in the kitchen:)
ReplyDeleteWeird but looks fun to try. I get motion sickness very (VERY) easily and might end up messing the floor though...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the shout out! Like I've told you before - your blog is one of my favorite reads!
ReplyDeleteLooks fun, but also looks like an accident waiting to happen...
ReplyDeleteI picked up Guy Kawasaki's "Enchantment" from the library last week. I'm diggin' it!
ReplyDeleteThanks for this reading suggestion.
hmmmmmmmmmmmm
ReplyDeleteThat is just crazy. Looking at them hanging updide down GIVES me a headache.
ReplyDeleteAnd I think you need a RUNNERD sticker. Send me your address! (ihaverun@hotmail.com)
Looks like fun, but I also could cause some serious damage...
ReplyDeleteThe yoga thing makes sense. When John Lennon was doing the vocals on "Tomorrow Never Knows" he wanted to be hung upside down from the ceiling so he could spin himself around the axis of the microphone.
ReplyDeleteI want to try that! My migraines better get worried ;-)
ReplyDeleteI can barely manage yoga on the ground, but hmmm....seems interesting anyway.
ReplyDeleteWell ...that was interesting. Who needs Imitrex when you got Aerial yoga.
ReplyDeleteI'm a sticker whore, especially race related stickers. If I could, I would cover my SUV's back window with them but the hub's keeps me in check on that.
They look cool all together like this. Matty's are my fav ... Somehow I totally missed the TX one!
ReplyDeleteThe TX version was reserved for a very, very select faithful.
ReplyDeleteha ha! I loving all these follow up comments! Aerial Yoga! Jeff's comment is on par!
ReplyDeleteKovas, Please tell me you do this. You should. And post a video of YOU!
ReplyDeleteAmber, once my aerial yoga coach gives me the go-ahead, I will be offering a pay-per-view option for those interested.
ReplyDeleteThat aerial yoga looks crazy! I think I'll stick to my classes! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the shout out! I'm glad you liked the tri cling!
