Everyday Endurance: Product Review and Giveaway

Everyday Endurance offers quality casual, organic, and technical apparel with endurance inspired designs – their apparel is super-soft and fitted for the endurance athlete. The company is constantly adding new styles and designs based on the feedback received from customers.

When I first visited their website (I found them through their Facebook page), I liked their products but was disappointed in their technology. Their website simply loaded too slowly and was difficult to navigate. They were quick to recognize this, posted publicly that they were working on it, and fixed the problem. Nice. I emailed them with a request for a sample and possible giveaway and, to my surprise, my email was forwarded immediately to the founder and president of the company, Joseph.

In addition to being a runner, triathlete, cyclist, and general outdoor adventure seeker Joseph is the President and founder of Everyday Endurance LLC. Before founding the company Joseph worked in various positions in the Apparel Industry. He also serves as a community firefighter/paramedic for his hometown. Growing up Joseph was known as the "Wood-Tick". This passion for the outdoors eventually led to attempting an ultra-distance triathlon. With the crossing of that finish line a passion was born and a new lifestyle began. This new lifestyle inspired the creation of Everyday Endurance LLC. Joseph wanted to create a full-line of high-quality apparel that would celebrate the lifestyle of all those in the endurance community.

Since I first discovered Everyday Endurance, they have been busy adding product lines. In addition to the cotton casual T’s they started with, they now have added a line of organic T’s as well as hoodies and technical apparel as well. This is a company that is going places!

Joseph responded immediately to my email and agreed to send shirts for me to try out as well as one for my wife (I am working to get her more involved in product reviewing, in order to give a balanced view of these various products). We each received a short sleeve cotton T, and I received a long-sleeve cotton T as well.

Since I typically run very early, before most people are awake, one of my choices had to be the “Others Sleep” design, while “The Runner” was the one I chose for my wife’s shirt as well as my second option. The shirts were sent out immediately and (while they didn’t) appeared to come the next day. I am really impressed with the customer service of this company.

The first thing you notice when you grab one of their shirts is how light they are – not light as in cheap, but light as in airy. The other thing is how incredibly soft the shirts are, so very comfy to wear. I’ve worn and washed these over the last month or so and have discovered no problems with them, they are really high quality, from the fabric to the design to the way they hold their shape after numerous washings. One thing I would change, however, is the substitution of their motto, “It’s A Lifestyle Thing,” for the design name on their shirts. I don’t mind the motto on the shirts, but would prefer that my long sleeve T, for example, say “Others Sleep” rather than the motto. A minor complaint.

Since the organic T’s, hoodies, and technical apparel all were introduced after I received my casual shirts, I cannot comment on them. However, I suspect they are equally high quality and worth looking into.

LAIMA:

It was great to get an opportunity to try this shirt out for a review, especially as it is woman-specific. I really  like the feminine cut - shorter sleeves and more fitted body (it's not just a men's shirt resized). The length is also really good - short enough to wear out but also long enough to tuck in for a cleaner look. I agree with Kovas, I like how soft and airy the shirt is. One thing to note that, while the site image makes this shirt appear somewhat brown, in reality it is a beautiful wine red color. Great looking comfy t-shirt!

(P.S. She looks super sexy in this shirt -- Kovas)

  10. Hi Kovas! Great review! I have seen the shirts from their FB page as well and really liked the print you have featured on the L/S shirt. Quick question - Did your wife feel that the women's cut shirt ran true to size? Small? So many of the women's shirts look like toddler sizes when you order them, so just wondering. Thanks!

  11. Shannon, she felt like it was true to size to slightly generous, if that helps.
