Recently, Illinois joined 10 other states and France in passing a law directing motorists to leave space when passing a cyclist (or pedestrian). Illinois law states: "When passing a bicyclist or pedestrian who is riding or walking on the road or shoulder of the roadway, you must keep a minimum of three feet between your vehicle and the bicyclist or pedestrian."
If your state is not listed above, do you care? Will you do something about it?

I found your blog on yahoo and will bookmark it now. Keep up the nice work.
